Nothing feels more like a fresh beginning, a clean slate, a blank book like January. The month of hope and dreams. All of us are dreamers in January and I think that’s beautiful. I also wish that we would carry the shine of January through all months, all years.

At the start of 2023, I wasn’t in a great place. To be true, I was in the worst place I’ve been. And I decided that I would change it. 2023 will be the year when my health gets better and I live my life like I want to, not dictated by my fragile volatile mind. And, I did!
To change you have to be brave. You have to stand up against others and sometimes against yourself too. We’re not always kind to ourselves. We often limit and bully our selves. So, to change you need strength and clarity.
